A glitch was found that made the Mile High Club mission much easier on Veteran. The Veteran playthrough may be the only thing that may give you some trouble, especially the Epilogue trophy Mile High Club.
The game even retains all progress toward trophies and collectibles when you quit out or restart a checkpoint and conveniently tracks the collectibles for you as well. Nothing is missable due to being able to use Mission Select at any time, as well as the miscellaneous trophies being simple to earn. There are no online trophies and the game has no extra game mode like Zombies or Spec-Ops so all the trophies are earned in the campaign. Trophy wise all the original achievements from the Xbox 360 version are intact but with 13 new trophies added, as well as the platinum itself of course. In time though, this remaster of the classic that made Call of Duty the worldwide phenomenon it is today is bound to receive a separate release of its own, for those of you not interested in Infinite Warfare. Currently the only way to get ahold of the game is by purchasing one of the premium priced versions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, such as the “Legacy” or the “Digital Deluxe” editions. The original Modern Warfare finally has trophies, at least the remastered edition for the PS4 does.
